As mentioned in the last post, we spent a lot of time with my family while my two sisters were in town. It was a LOT of fun. And Trevor went hiking a lot with Dallin before he left on his mission. Dallin also went through the Temple and received his endowments while my sisters were in town. And had his farewell at the very end of June. He got called to Hungary for his 2 year LDS mission. :)

We went and did the Tram at SnoBird with my parents and Emily and Dallin. My parents wanted Trev to be there to hike with Dallin so they didn't have to. :) It worked out well. It was FREEZING at the top still, and I, being the stellar mother that I am, forgot a jacket for Paxton. Oops. But not for myself, of course.

Trevor's mom and sister came to visit at the end of June and we went to Hogle Zoo with them while they were here. Paxton being a gorilla.

And an Orangutan-which is appropriate since my family all has super long arms.

The real elephants showing off their tricks. It is things like this that really make me not like zoos. Poor things.

We watched the bird show and this is how they ended it. It was interesting. They kept having doves fly over us and their wings would like touch our hair. Gross. Luckily we weren't sitting in the seats where other birds like huge owls, hawks, etc would fly really low over the audience.
