We were wrong....

Well, yesterday was the day I've been looking forward to for a LONG time. We got to see our little baby and know what gender it will be.
It's a BOY!!!!
I am so so excited! Really I am. But, it was so funny, because we totally were convinced he was going to be a girl. So we're sitting there at the doctor and she's trying hard to get him to uncurl out of a ball so she can see his special parts, and asks what we think he will be. Well, we go off about how we think he's a girl, blah, blah, blah and how we already have a name for "her"...haha. And suddenly he unraveled out of a ball and there he was, as plain as day. A boy. Hahahaha. We were humbled.
We are so so excited though!!!! I still am trying to switch my mentality of girl to boy and realize that it really is possible for a little boy to grow in me and not just little girls. So wierd. We were a bit disappointed cuz they tried for about 30-40 minutes to get him to show his face, which he had against snuggled up against the placenta the entire time so they could get a 3D picture of his face, but nope. He wouldn't show more than half of it, which also had the cord running in front of it. So we are excited to someday see his face and we can hardly wait for him to come!! Only 20 1/2 more weeks! :)
